Jersey Cheese

Our signature cheese 'Jersey Cheese' is a semi-hard, cooked curd cheese which can be enjoyed in a number of ways:

NOTE: We recommend cutting the 275gm portion into 3 or 4 pieces which can be consumed over a week from opening.

  • Grilled- The most popular method creating a crunchy, creamy delight. Instructions here.
  • Breaded- Pat dry, flour/egg wash/crumb then shallow or deep fry... just like schnitty.
  • Shredded- Into your your salad, sandwich or pasta.
  • Fresh- Self explanatory but honestly its pretty nice. Olive oil, salt and crunchy bread.
